This is the loaf everything else is built on. Made from a starter we've been looking after for over 25 years, with just four ingredients — flour, water, salt, and time. The dough ferments slowly over 30 hours, developing a deeply flavoured, open crumb and a crust with real character. No shortcuts, no additives.
